The Radiant Touch

FST is a fully clothed, assisted stretch therapy session performed on the treatment table. Unlike traditional stretching, the client does not have to do the work — the therapist gently moves and stretches the body for them. This technique focuses on more than just the muscles; it also works with the fascia, joints, and connective tissue to help improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and overall movement.

FST can be helpful for clients who feel stiff, tight, restricted, or limited in their movement. It may also support athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, and clients who want to move and feel better in their daily life. Each session should be performed with clear communication, client comfort, and proper body mechanics so the stretch feels effective, safe, and pain-free.
